Reception: Statler Hotel, Cornell University Campus
Cocktail hour begins at 6:30 pm!
Dinner Menu:
Appetizer: Trio of shrimp, scallop, and crab claw
Salad: Spinach salad with gorgonzola cheese and candied pecans with an apple cider vinaigrette
Entrees: Choice of:
Filet Mignon with wild mushroom sauce
Chicken Saltimbocca with fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, sage, and Chianti wine sauce
Tri-colored Tortellini with roasted vegetables in a basil pesto sauce
Dessert: Chocolate mousse in a chocolate cup with raspberry coulis
and Wedding Cake!
*The Statler Hotel is a short walk from Sage Chapel.
Shuttle buses will be available to and from the ceremony and reception.
